Ms. Swick is one of Canada's leading experts on the law of government contracting and on trade agreements relating to government procurement. She has represented clients in numerous government contracting disputes, including before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court of Canada and provincial tribunals and courts. She advises public and private sector clients on complex public procurement law matters involving design of procurement processes, drafting procurement documents, advising on terms and conditions of procurements, and representing those entities in legal challenges to procurement processes and contracts awards.
