Christine Waldman is counsel in our Litigation Group in Toronto. Her litigation practice is focused on health law and includes representing physicians, medical malpractice defense and other regulatory matters.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Ms. Waldman worked as in-house counsel for one of the largest public health networks in Toronto and also represented the Crown, prosecuting criminal offences and managing plea court, with the Ministry of the Attorney General.
Ms. Waldman received a BComm (Hons.) from Queen's University in 2006 and her JD in 2011 from Osgoode Hall Law School. She then completed a judicial clerkship at the Superior Court of Justice and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
