Kelli McAllister is an associate in our Litigation Group in Calgary. She has a general corporate commercial litigation practice including contract, employment, shareholder, partnership, insurance and real estate disputes. She is a contributing author to the book, Defending Class Actions: A Guide for Defendants, 4th Edition, published by LexisNexis.
Ms. McAllister has a BSc in Neuroscience (with honours, distinction) from the University of Lethbridge and an MSc in Neurological Sciences from McGill University. She received her JD from the University of British Columbia in 2012.
While in law school Ms. McAllister was awarded numerous scholarships in recognition of academic achievement. She joined the firm after clerking with the Alberta Court of Appeal and was called to the Alberta bar in 2013. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
