Biography
Helen Burnett is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general civil and corporate/commercial litigation practice.
Ms. Burnett obtained a Bachelor of International Business with a Concentration in International Investment, Finance and Banking from Carleton University in 2008. Upon graduation, she received the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement. In 2011, she obtained her J.D. from the University of Toronto. While attending law school, she received the Gowlings Prize in Corporate Finance and the Lang Michener Prize in Securities Regulation for outstanding academic achievement in advanced business law and securities regulation, respectively.
Ms. Burnett was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
