Kerri Lui is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general corporate practice.
Ms. Lui received a J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2011. During her legal studies, Ms. Lui worked as a renewable energy policy research analyst and co-authored an article entitled “Policy Risk and Private Investment in Ontario’s Wind Power Sector”. Ms. Lui also worked as a research assistant and served as an associate editor for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
Ms. Lui obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2008, graduating with distinction. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.
She was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. Ms. Lui is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
