Élisabeth is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses mainly on civil, commercial and contract litigation, class actions, consumer protection, privacy, as well as professional and medical liability.

A team player, Élisabeth has always willingly shared her knowledge, notably during presentations on class actions, commercial litigation, case law developments, medical liability and protection of minority rights.

Considered a rising star, Élisabeth has successfully represented clients before civil courts and administrative tribunals. She has also been involved in cases proceeding before the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada.

In 2019, Élisabeth was appointed Secretary of the Board of Égides, an LGBTQI international alliance in the francophone world, promoting equality and supporting diversities throughout the Francophonie.

In January 2019, Élisabeth received the McCarthy Tétrault “Inclusion Now” Award in recognition of her exceptional commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, the advancement of women and equality. She participates in numerous community, volunteer and socio-professional activities within the gay community in Canada and around the world, in addition to regularly supporting access to justice through pro bono work.
