Brendan Brammall is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. He has a general litigation practice. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, he was an associate with a leading international law firm in New York.

In 2006-2007, Mr. Brammall served as Law Clerk to the Honourable Mr. Justice Ian Binnie of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Mr. Brammall received his law degree with honours standing from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He was a Commonwealth Scholar and holds a master's degree in political philosophy from the University of Oxford, and an undergraduate honours degree in political science and international relations from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Brammall was called to the Ontario bar in 2007 and to the New York bar in 2008.

Mr. Brammall is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates’ Society, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
