Recognized for her human approach, professionalism and creativity, Marie-Eve has leading expertise in health law, medical liability and professional law.
Marie-Eve is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal. She has 20 years of experience defending professionals who she advises on the ethical issues of their practice, and with whom she finds effective solutions to the disputes in which they are involved. A seasoned litigator, she appears before trial and appeal courts, as well as administrative tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies.
Marie-Eve has a strong team spirit and always jumps at the opportunity to share her knowledge, which she has done by speaking numerous times in the health community and by mentoring the firm’s younger lawyers. She is also a contact person for team members, who often call upon her judgement to identify strategies to use for complex issues.
Marie-Eve obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil law (LL. B.) from Université de Montréal in 1998, the year she joined the firm as a student. Called to the Quebec Bar in 2000, she subsequently joined the Litigation Group and was appointed partner in 2006.
