Byran Gibson, Q.C.* is counsel in the Vancouver office practising in the Business Law Group. He advises proponents of infrastructure projects, including transportation and energy projects, and he represents financial institutions with respect to finance of infrastructure and project finance generally.

Byran represents domestic and international banks and borrowers on project finance, credit facilities, derivatives, structured finance and general banking/treasury issues. He also regularly advises the treasury and finance groups of the largest chemical manufacturer headquartered in British Columbia, two large forestry companies and the largest ferry company in Canada.
