Abraham is a counsel in our Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. His practice covers a full range of transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, development and financing.

Abraham acts for both large and small developers, as well as Costco Canada and several large financial institutions. His practice also includes insolvency and realization work related to real property.

Abraham has spoken at sessions of the International Council of Shopping Centres and has participated in seminars for the Law Society of Ontario, The Canadian Bar Association, Insight, Federated Press and The Institute for International Research dealing with commercial leasing, conveyancing and receivership. He is a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He is a contributor to the Second Edition of Shopping Centre Leases (2008). He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Georgetown Law School Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute.
