Known for his strong analytical skills and his knowledge of financial concepts, Pierre-Gabriel assists clients in optimizing the outcome of their most complex litigation. 

Pierre-Gabriel is an Associate in the Litigation Group in Montréal. He maintains a general litigation practice, with a focus on commercial, securities and tax litigation.

He has experience assisting to the resolution of various types of disputes and appeals before arbitration panels, the Ontario Superior Court, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has worked with a broad range of clients such as financial institutions, accounting firms, manufacturers, and cannabis producers.

Prior to attending law school, Pierre-Gabriel acted as a senior auditor for a Big 4 accounting firm. He has conducted audit of multinational, public and private corporations operating in industries such as retailing, financial services, and mining. This unique, client-side perspective allows him to understand the internal realities of his clients and better advocate for them in light of the complex regulatory environment that they act in.

Pierre-Gabriel contributed to the start-up environment of East Africa by assisting with building an innovative lending company in Uganda, as part of a fellowship with Engineers Without Borders. He has also remained involved in the university community by teaching accounting and business law classes.

Pierre-Gabriel received a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from McGill University. He also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.

Pierre-Gabriel is a member of both of the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA).
