With 15 years of experience across the insurance, tech, consulting and telecom sectors, she has worn many different functional hats and gained valuable insights into what it takes to successfully launch new businesses and solutions, empower diverse teams, and drive massive growth – in both corporate and start-up environments.

Currently, Inthida is Vice President of Operations at PPI Benefits, a subsidiary of Industrial Alliance. She oversees P&L performance across business divisions and leads all facets of operations.

Passionate about helping others develop and succeed, Inthida has been a coach and mentor to hundreds of professionals, and advisor to several emerging startups. She is also an active champion and advocate for diversity and inclusion and the advancement of women in leadership.
