Alexandre Gélinas is Senior Legal Innovation Specialist in our Montréal office. Alexandre offers technical and practical advice regarding all phases of e-Discovery, information governance, as well as structured and unstructured data analytics. He helps lawyers and litigation-support specialists decide and implement the most appropriate processes and technologies to achieve desired results. 

Alexandre has assisted clients and legal teams on numerous e-Discovery matters of all sizes across various jurisdictions in Canada and the United States. Projects that Alexandre lead include: 

• Documents review in multiple investigations and litigations, leveraging technologies and efficient review workflows to ensure as little time as possible is spent reading through irrelevant material. 
• Designing review workflow to meet very specific technical needs, including data analytics integrations to leverage structured throughout the projects. 
• A regulatory request requiring the review and production of more than 50 million documents for a multi-billion litigation involving dozens of parties, multiple law firms and hundreds of lawyers and reviewers. 

Alexandre received both his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2011. He was called to the Québec Bar in 2012. Alexandre is also a Relativity Certified Expert.

In is spare time, Alexandre enjoys running and cycling in Montreal, as well as any city he happens to visit. Alexandre hung up his cleats while at university and is now enjoying running simpler marathons with friends and running mates.
