The Calgary Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking an experienced and highly motivated mid-level associate to join our national Real Property & Planning Group.

 

The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues and appreciates superior technology and other support.  The candidate will have:

 

  • 2-5 years post-call commercial real estate practice experience focused on acquisitions and dispositions, development, financings and leasing matters;
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials;
  • Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
  • A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.

The successful applicant will work closely with leading commercial real estate lawyers and be part of a top-tier team providing sophisticated legal advice to a diverse client base comprised of public and private companies, private equity firms, governments, financial institutions, universities, pension fund advisors and sovereign wealth funds.
