Nikki Burke is a commercial real estate paraprofessional and due diligence clerk in our Real Property and Planning group in Calgary, Alberta. Nikki supports clients by assisting with the preparation of purchase, sale and financing documents relating to commercial purchase and sale transactions and commercial financings. Nikki is responsible for the conveyancing of commercial condominium units and large residential condominium projects for real estate developers. She also conducts due diligence searches, Alberta Land Titles registrations and Alberta PPR registrations, for all departments within our firm as a service to our Business Law Services group.


Nikki has been a part of the Calgary legal real estate industry for over 10 years, gaining a wealth of hands-on knowledge and establishing excellent client relationships. Beginning in residential real estate, she continued establishing a reputation of excellence, building on and transferring her skill set to commercial real estate, enabling her to work with some of Western Canada’s most reputable developers.
