David Kika is an Immigration Paralegal in our Labour and Employment Group in Vancouver. David supports clients by assisting with the preparation and submission of various business immigration applications. He regularly files Employer Portal submissions, prepares Port of Entry and visa office work permit applications in both NAFTA and other categories, and is an expert on both British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program applications and Permanent Residence applications under the Express Entry system. He also regularly prepares Labour Market Impact Assessment applications for our clients. Moreover, David is able to prepare family sponsorship applications, as well as various other immigration applications.

David also assist our clients with lobbyists registrations in multiple provinces, and PPSA registrations in British Columbia. With previous expertise in multiple paralegal positions within our Firm, David’s multi-faceted experience is ideal to add value for our clients.


David brings extensive business immigration experience to the Firm. David’s Canadian paralegal experience encompass due diligence, PPSA work, securities, international localizations of B2B agreements in 180+ jurisdictions, lobbyists registrations, and business immigration. Before starting his career in Canada, David worked at a law firm in the Czech Republic, assisting managers of Japanese automakers to obtain permits to work in Europe and doing many other types of commercial and corporate work.
