Our diversity in practice is unrivalled on Bay Street — ranging from large complex commercial matters for clients like TD Bank, OMERS and IMAX, to a very active class actions practice, to medical negligence work for the CMPA, the firm's largest client. The Toronto office's Business Law Group has advised on the biggest and highest-profile deals on Bay Street and has an extensive global practice in advising clients on transactions throughout the world, including the United States, Latin America, Asia and Europe. The Toronto office's Litigation Group is a stand-alone group that doesn't serve simply as an adjunct to the firm's business law activities. Students can get very good exposure on larger files, as we work in client-service teams made up of different lawyers from our different offices and practice groups.
