Our Business Law Group advises on the biggest and highest-profile deals in Québec. It also has an extensive project finance practice, especially in the energy sector and with respect to Public Private Partnerships (PPP). We also have the most diverse litigation practice in Québec — it ranges from large complex commercial files to medical negligence work for the CMPA, the firm's largest client. Students can get very good exposure on larger files, as we work in client-service teams made up of different lawyers from our different offices and practice groups.
