The Calgary office has a diversified client base across the country. Our Business Law Group possesses significant experience in all facets of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and working with income trusts. We have a highly active international practice, and we work regularly with our London, UK office on capital markets transactions on the London Stock Exchange and AIM. Our Energy Group handles complex domestic and international transactions for a range of oil and gas companies, including regulatory matters, major projects, development and project finance. We also regularly advise leading pipeline, power and alternative energy companies. Students can get very good exposure on larger files as we work in client-service teams made up of different lawyers from our different offices and practice groups.
